  "message": "VOL-4312: Reboot OLT test fails on Edgecore GPON ASGvOLT64 OLT\n- Fixed issue where \u0027N*N\u0027 (where N is the number of PON ports)\n  number of TP Managers were getting created for an OLT device\n  instead of just \u0027N\u0027 TP managers.\n  It was seen that after OLT reboot burst of conncurrent TP\n  managers (N*N) were trying to create etcd pool connections\n  and at some point the etcd stopped responding and this lead\n  re-connection handling to OLT after reboot failing.\n\nVOL-4313: Stop stale go routines on monitoring flow and group\nmessages for the ONUs after OLT reboot or OLT delete\n- There are stale go routines for the ONU monitoring for flow\n  and group messages.
