AMF & MME image updates

AMF :
  1) fix amf crash when old gnb sends messages
  2) fix related to typecasting of messages to wrong message type
  3) fix for updating logging handles
  4) misc fixes

MME :
  fix for memory leak

SGW: Removing DNS config from helm chart
  enable Gx interface by default
  enable UPF failure detection based on heart beat failure
