It is actually not even a \u0027project\u0027 in repo\u0027s sense.\n\nThis will prevent the commit-msg hook from being added, which is\nnot necessarily wanted as the project is managed in gerrit.\n\nThis commit will enable the commit-msg hook, which in turn will\nadd the Change-Id-line to every new commit in it.
