  "message": "sync: support --jobs to fetch projects simultaneously\n\nThis patch does two things for being compatibile with\nthose Python which are built without threading support:\n\n1. As the Python document and Shawn suggested, import dummy_threading\n   when the threading is not available.\n\n2.
