On other hand, it initiated untracked\ninterfaces, raising (at least) inappropriate messages. Finally, I\nremove the BABEL_IF_IS_ENABLE flag, witch was not really usefull.\nNote the test if_up isn\u0027t weaker, because (...IS_UP \u003d\u003e ...IS_ENABLE).\n"
