  "message": "ospf6d: fix linkdown handling\n\nEnsure OSPFv3 handles link down even correctly.\n\nOSPFv3 checks only the administrative status of a link instead of its\noperative status. This prevents it up from detecting a real link down\nevent and reacting appropriately. Only protocol timer timeouts make it\ndetect a link down eventually.
